According to the scanner the victim
at the Hampton Inn had multiple stab wounds. |
|||
|
The fact that they turned themselves in would indicate they're going to plead some form of self defense.
It should be interesting to see how this unfolds. |

Either that are they are gonna look for a plea deal, because they turned themselves in. |

I hope the S.O.Bs rot in jail for a long long time.

But KOBTV says it was a shooting (NOT STABBING) with ONE victim at the Hampton Inn. Didnt the ADN front page say possible DOUBLE MURDER with a possible homicide at the Las Ventanas apartments?

I believe the male was beating his wife after killing the boyfriend, Pierre Smith.

sadly, yeah, thats so true. |

It is really sick that Airman Smith's family would find out about his death through the media and that the police would release the names to the media before his wife and family were notified. At the time of this writing, the police has told his wife to call back on Monday for details and the Air Force has not even conveyed their sympathies to the family for the loss.

Airman Smith(Murdered) and Airman Parvilus were intimately involved.. Both just came back from deployments of some sort. Airman Parvilus' husband, Gerard Parvilus is a TSgt in the USAF, currently stationed in Kunsan, Korea. He found out about the cheating and went AWOL, came to Alamogordo for proof and went crazy. It really sucks that TSgt Parvilus would kill Pierre. I would have thanked Pierre, and gone after the wife (Not killing her though) No one deserves to die. Now I can see why no one wants to be away from their families on deployments or stationed elsewhere. Alot of people around here knew Pierre. He was a dog for being with her, but he should not have died. He was too young. None of what I wrote here is fact. It is all interpretation of what may have happened. Always remember that GOD has a plan for each of us, and when it's our time, we must go. Willingly or Unwillingly. Lesson Learned: Don't Cheat.

you WERE makinga good point, until you just HAD to throw god into it. |

I don't think any of us have the right to judge others. None of you really know the truthfullness of the situation at hand. We all make mistakes in our lives or bad choices in referrence to the cheating. It is sad how quick people are to judge!
The entire situation is a tragedy!!!!!!!!!! |

Yes, a tragedy, but no matter how heartbreaking, divorce is a better choice than murder.

Why does Alamogordo say it's a double murder and Albuquerque say it's a single? Are there two victims or one?

because they were investigating a "possible" murder at a apartment complex, when they got the call about the body at the hampton inn. at the time, they thought it was 2 murders. so there is only 1 body/victim. |
|||
Well, let's face it, Polgara, GOD does know every single thing that we do and GOD is in ultimate control. However, He has given us free will and what we decide to do with that free will is up to us. Despite bad choices though, and falling short daily, He continues to love you, me, and the rest of the world. Forgiveness is amazing! |

I would hope everyone would understand there is a process for notification. Unfortunately, what the paper reported so early in the evening is unfortuante and some the facts not true. AF officials must wait until official notification of a death before they can contact family members. This was not received until very early Saturday morning. I am sure Air Force officials have now contacted the family. The police department surely messed this one up by releasing names before the family was notified. |
