I can tell you that Baja gets your social security number when you don't even give it to them. They will double bill you and when you call in they want to know the last 4 of your social. I asked WTF, I never gave you people my social security number......they can't tell you either... just beware the info they have on you...no other internet provider asks that kind of question.

Just an FYI.... I've been on the phone since 8:30am trying to make a payment and have been on hold for 20 minutes..no one answers the phone. I've hung up and called back 5 times...no one gets on the line...pretty pathetic customer No service.

Zianet looks good right now...I'd rather deal with overseas customer service as they are always there to help.

I agree Baja broadband is horrible, customer service is horrendous... You live in Alamogordo, you get the Alamogordo mentality. Until people start canceling service, they won't change.

Maybe if they had some yummy Carls Jr to eat at in town, they would change their attitude

Zianet goes through centurylink. They will tell you that you're better off going through centurylink and save money. They have some pretty good deals and all you have to do is ask for onshore agent/tech support and you got it!!

Baja has a bunch of channels out now, most of which I never watch. Looks like I will be getting a huge discount on my cable bill this month!

I finally had it with baja so it was bye bye baja! Been on Direct TV for a while now. It's worth every penny.

People just don't realize the more channels and better quality through internet satelite. I've had dish for 20 years and no outages and great deals. More channels, I must say for the money, than direct TV. The alacart is great. I had direct TV once and got rid of it when I found out better and more channels on Dish for the price.

ppl here are talking about tv when broadband is internet!
