Judge it!
When DA Tom Orloff refused to even investigate corruption in his county, he should have been prosecuted, or at least fired.
Now he sits on his dead rear, collecting some very expensive welfare for the rest of his life. At the very least he should lose all retirement and benefits for refusing to do his job.
