Most of these crimes, were the "victims" fault. Why would you place your wallet on the bar? Why would you place your purse on top of your car then walk away? Why not lock it up. The boy who lost some cash and his iphone should have locked it up! It's like giving someone the idea you dont want it anymore.

ydr must be really hurting, now there going too lancaster for there local crime storys , stay in york ,they have enough crimes to report !!!
