As an Officer and a Gentleman, I'm certain you can find a way to resolve international discord with your lovely Dragon Lady.

As flyboy Steve Canyon used to ask, why are the beautiful ones the most diabolical?

Sorry veterans but I don't get the thought process that spawned this bright idea. The state is broke and somebody thinks it's a good idea to borrow money to give a "bonus" to some group of citizens?

Even a veteran on the receiving end of this one has to question it.

This bill REEKS of the same entitlement mentality that is currently sinking California.

HEY! The REAL Reagan would have been for it! Iraq was a "con-job" just like the Gulf of Tonkin - if you can't "control" your elected officials (which no one can!) then you have to pay for the damages their irresponsible acts cause! That's the real purpose of a War Bonus....

Using rr's name is sarcasm. I have zero love for that tool. I really believe he was the start of our present problems.

If we were really trying to make reparations for irresponsible acts, the fools that got our soldiers into these things would be lined up against the wall and shot.

We need an American Bastille day. It's the only way this trainwreck we call America will change course.

Thus about 208,000 Akronites likewise deserve a large bonus.

Reparations for Sponge Don Damage.

Howard my man, Karma will see you are all "made whole" from the acts of an orange mad man!

In the mean time, Rev. Reau, of Cortland fame, may provide comfort....since Linda is "off" today!

Daily Horoscope for January 5

Virgo

You aren't fooling anyone - it's easy for everyone else to see that inexperienced people are unaware of their obligations, Virgo. You're grumpy about starting a familiar process from the beginning again, but don't let that get in the way of getting on with it. Sour grapes have no place in your daily dealings. Although you may 'own' a project, it's ultimately in the hands of someone else. Deal with it and then move on.
