I am living in an old house here on the tree streets. My bathroom is in bad repair. I just saw where Re-Bath has a store in Johnson City. Has anyone had any dealings with this company. Please Good or bad. Thanks

Great-I love my new bathtub. The girl that came out was so nice and helped me pick my colors. Can't remember her name but had short dark hair. Do it...you will not regret it.

My wife wanted to redo our bathtub. She did research and called REBATH to come out. She fell in love with the product they had and now I can't get her out of her new tub. They made her happy. I'm not so happy cause I never see my wife and my water bill went up about $20 a month! Seems to be a good company/product. There is another company out there by the name BATH FITER. I did not like them at all. Did not seem as professional as REBATH.

Call Rebath-they are awesome. My parents had an old cast iron tub. Rebath came in and removed the tub and put in a huge shower. It has grab bars, a seat, everything. I feel so much better knowing my parents have a smaller risk of falling when showering. They were great to work with. We went by their showroom in the Outback Shopping Center and looked around the showroom so when they came out we kinda knew what we wanted. My parents love it. It was a great solution and was affordable. |

I called Re Bath and what a nightmare. The 1 day turn around was 2.5 months long. The plumbing was adding a pipe and to make the hot and cold as one. Workmanship was horrible. The caulk turned off white and corners were put in crooked. First workman was very nice and didnt have a clue, 2nd workman was nice and added more issues. Third workman came to repair the first 2 and was never given any information of what needed to be done. I had to show him over and over what needed to be done. This caused a supervisor to be called in and as soon as he saw the work he said, "This is sub standard work" Told me parts would have to be ordered from Arizona. The last workman got evereything he needed from Blountville, Tennessee. Yea.... Arizona. Put a soap dish in the shower area with double stick tape. Told me it was water proof. Never will I use Re Bath.
