Oh yeah, retain a good ACLU Civil Rights lawyer and sue the crap out of them... I see a windfall on his horizon! He'll get a large settlement and use the proceeds to buy the mall, put the present management on the street (because they thought that he violated some silly retail contract, covenance or other term contained in the lease agreement) and then he can sell whatever he wants to sell in his own mall! I love this country...
What country you ask? Why, the United States of the Offended, of course...

When he wins his suit, the mall owners will have to raise the rent on everyone to cover the payout, then all the tenents will have to raise their prices on their customers to cover their costs....guess who gets bit in the end? The nobama customers!

I'm afraid it's not, Ms. Maggie. Many years ago, when morals and ethics weighed heavy on the minds and hearts of our forefathers, a large sum was paid for the rights of freemen to move about, think, study, worship and speak freely (tactfully and with grace, of course)...

Today it's an after thought that comes to the fore front only when we feel that our rights are being treaded upon. Then it evolves into a monetary issue. Money is exchanged and everything is then alright...

Ignorance, complacency and moral corruption is our ruination... We're paying right now. Only we don't realize this yet...

So no, Ms. Maggie... Nothing is free.

The story is leaving out some detail. Such as what the lease agreement specifies. If in his contract he agreed to not push a political agenda, then he is in violation of the agreement, not the mall. Or if the mall aknowledged that they could end the lease whenever they like for whatever reason they like, they are well within their rights to do so.
On the other hand, if none of the above are true, he has every right to gain back his losses.

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Sagittarius

Slow down! You're trying to do too much and it's driving you - and everyone else - up the wall. What's more, if you're in too much of a hurry you'll start to become accident-prone and that will make you even more het up. Try to take any setbacks or domestic mishaps in your stride, otherwise you'll end the day feeling like a nervous wreck.
