I just moved out of these apartments 2 months ago, and let me say I'm not surprised something like this hasn't happened sooner. These apartments are poorly insulated, and they get COLD very quickly. The only heating option available is natural gas, and half the time it can't be turned on due to aged equipment that no longer meets city safety codes. I'm just glad no one was hurt.
