Then do your job better, thats all were asking for. Yes, people are bitching when you pay nearly 7 dollars for a chicken value meal and you end up with a damn cheeseburger and an apple pie. I sure the hell don't like wasting my money. Do you?

You know what, it doesn't take that long to double check what you're making or handing out. Don't tell me, just because I'm on here that I'm lazy and a fat ass. I used to work there for 3 years and only called in once and that was the day I got fired because I had a really bad eye infection. How f***ed up is that! Also, I'm currently working somewhere else and I've been there a little of 3 years and never called in. So don't start with me! I've worked there so I know how it is. Some days it's really hard to keep up with all the orders, but if you had decent management and you all worked as a team it can be done RIGHT!!! A lot of people that I know that worked there didn't give a crap about their job or anybody else for that matter. When I worked there I was running my a** off trying to do my job and do theirs too. What's not right is when the manager has their favorites. Yeah, yeah I know that's anywhere you work. As for people making mistakes, yeah it's all right when you only make a couple and learn from it, but when you make hundreds and don't give a sh*t then it's different. For the employees: wouldn't you be mad if you went thru and had your whole order messed up? Don't tell me you wouldn't. You know people might special order whatever they're getting because they might be allergic to something. Did you ever think of that?! What would happen if you messed they're order up and they ate that. You have to be careful and think about the people you're making that food for and not just well gosh here I've got to make this food for some lazy a** who don't want to cook. I went through one day and ordered two burritos and got home and it was two apple pies. WTF, how do you get apple pie out of burrito? What's up with all of those nasty a** fries they serve? You know that all of their food is in a q-try and they all have timers on them and when the timers go off they're supposed to be pitched and fresh made. Especially with fries! You don't just leave the old fries in there and dump fresh ones on them and mix them. That's just disgusting. I bet for those of you that eat there on your breaks that you make sure you have fresh food, don't ya? You need to start caring for the people your serving!!

I was talking about the employees eating there on their break! You know if it wasn't for us customers going there and eating you guys wouldn't have a job. We basically pay you all. Which goes for any business, it's supply and demand.

It is rare for Sam's to get my order right. And that place is so disgusting, it makes McDonald's look clean.

I always get really great service from Nicky everytime I visit McD's. She's super friendly and tries to keep the other employees in line. Most of the employees are decent. Remember these kids are also in high school and this is most likly their first job. However, I never have had a good transaction with Cindy. She's the taller thick girl that works there. She always gets an attitude with me and I've seen her get an attitude with other employees. Get off your high horse girl. It's just McD's.

They are just kids and i no alot of them. Not bad kis at all,they just need to learn to give a little and you will get alot in return.They have messed my order up alot of times but when i ask for it to be fixed they get right on it.So lets all try to give them a chance.

That fat ugly male manager needs to be fired. He is about worthless and knows nothing about customer service.

When I go to MCD's I do tell the managers if we got cold fries, if the foods old, if anythings wrong. I always know when that shit is old, due to working there 7 years ago and seeing it first hand. Just go to the managers and tell them, and they will fix it. BTW, if your getting it to go, just a little info for you....... Fries get cold in 7 minuts after they leave the heat lamp.

the mcdonalds there isn't that bad.....i worked there for a little bit.
