man oh man is this stuff dead on- getting a information jerk and a pr firm means you suck so bad that no one believes you at all! Yea- like the water quality went south just last year while all the other years no problemo- while we check only wells we want to check- while we need that waste water cause we promised all those tract homes that non potable water for landscaping when they built and now if we don't deliver we are up shits creek- while we did no audits cause we spent all the money on ourselves and our relatives-now no one believes a word that bunch of overweight good old boys say- and half that board gotta go cause they have made the district into chuckie's kingdom and they do nothing but ride his coattails thinking they are big fish in this pathetically small pond. try caring about the people whose money you spend fat boys- and not about making the water district a tyranncy. are you that stupid that making all these headlines are normal to you? you are getting more press than the Son of Sam did wake up and act like men for a change Here is a message to all four men living free- REAL MEN PAY THEIR OWN BILLS- not take it from the senior citizens and little kids in this town- we would rather have crappy water than crappy neighbors ripping us off!!!!!!

lets have the PR firm tell everyone in C.V that they are polluting the water- and leave out that beaumont is pumping their waste water with pharms in it in coopers creek and elsewhere but thats ok cause people in hemet can worry about it right? oh and lets put recycled water in the recharge basin and destroy beaumont water quality that way with salt and pharms too so that the regional board and stwma can yell at chuck for polluting. lets make the ratepayers pay for four expensive new septic systems so the district can say our shit don't stink and we are not doing anything----JESUS YOU FOOLS- do you see how ignorant and stupid you are that you NEED to pay people to make you look good? how bout you only can vote yes on something if you and you alone find the money- not use the ratepayers- lets see how fast you grow up. Oh and "lach" how about you stop yelling at crappy valley and cvan- after all- how can you smell anyone else with your head so far up butchers ass???? run and get your permit to pollute beaumont water with recycled Cv water-and pray every night that your choice hasn't polluted the water MORE than well 16.

Ironic, isn't it? Taking money from the ratepayers in order to "educate" them with their own money. This place really needs help, but mostly it needs a whole new staff with educations. Oh yea, but not educations paid for by the ratepayers!

From what I hear, none of these people have higher educations, which explains why they can handle doing most of the labor of the job, but the paper issues are far out of their comprehension. They have no grasp of what is legal or not, nor seem to care. Even the board is sub par- with the president not knowing that if he puts himself on a committee, he then cannot vote himself on the issue until the committee submits its findings. He also is completely unaware of the parliamentary procedures he is supposed to be enforcing, and half of the policy and decisions that the board makes are not correct, and can be considered unenforceable. What is even more wrong is that the employees living free were doing so without the proper change in policy, and therefore should have been instantly made to repay all the money they wrongfully received. The same goes for the education money handed over- no policy at the time means the money was illegally spent- and should have been repaid. No one at this place is educated, or has morals. the P.R. firm will find their contract extended for YEARS because of this ineptness.

Yo, Andre, did you tell them you are a Cal Poly Grad, and you read their reports, and just cause RWQCB says they "agree" with the Wildermuth reports, they are in no position to state that an entire area needs sewers, that is left to the water district, and guess what????????They not only need the revenue, they need the recycled water, and just maybe will be calling in more friendship chips than these others should be handing out- sometimes a giant big cleaning of houses is just what happens, and you never know when that will be, but I must say, just from "looking" at the economy figures, those who bet on a big time take down on government corruption because that does follow with the way the system works to make the people happy every once in a while, will end up millionaires soon.

Come on O'Reilly- we know you have to make money but did you guys know the recharge facility that was designed in 2000 was set up for recycled water from C.V, years before the "water quality" issues were "found"? Whats up with that- isn't that playing your hand a little too quickly? If sewers go in, and all those people are saddled with all that cost- and the water quality issue doesn't change- the political fallout will be immense- something for the supervisors to think about. For- we will make damn sure that this issue will not get swept under the rug- and anyone who looks the other way while people are being charged 10's of thousands of dollars, not to fix a real problem but to cover some people's overspending habits- will find themselves asked some pretty interesting questions.

LOOK OUT FOLKS- HERE COMES A PR REPORT ALL MADE UP WITH THE WATER DISTRICTS POINT OF VIEW ON THE WATER QUALITY- AND YOU PAID FOR IT!!! You paid for a PR firm to make up a report, and will also pay to have them mailed to your house, and if they don't succeed with the sewer issue this time- the water district will probably punish us further by hiring three more PR firms and experts in well testing, all at great cost- and all AT OUR COST! Can anyone spell hypocrisy? After all- if the district really CARED about the ratepayers water quality- the money spent on the PR firm could have been saved to help offset the cost of sewers to the ratepayers. By the time this issue comes to a head- the district might have saved enough funds to pay for the sewers completely- but how like them to spend it elsewhere instead, and then say HEY we no longer have any money- had to pay top employees electric bills etc., why don't YOU want to foot the entire cost???

We rate payers already lost about a half a mil on BCVWD's unsucessful & costly attempt to gain the latent powers to sewer CV. As long as Chatigny and Lash are on the Board, nothing is going to change. The only way to make any significant change is to vote those two board members out of office this fall. Let's make our voices heard at the ballot box, folks!

I hear all the time in the papers that cvan are people who sue all the time and are costing the public millions of dollars on these stupid lawsuits. Yet-----they win. So, I don't understand how they are the ones who are costing the public money, for in order to win against someone else in court you must have the preponderance of the evidence, so much so that the judge finds you are the more correct and believeable party. The loser is the one costing the public money, for they are obviously trying to do something without merit. To still maintain the other party, aka cvan, is the one then costing the public money is a ludicrious position, and only is showing an interested observer who actually is just out for money, without a care for the environment or the living conditions of the local residents.

I will vote for anyone else but these guys- their constant voting to give perks to the district guys makes me wonder about kickbacks.

Did you actually see that someone claims that no-bid crap is saving us millions!!!!!!!!!! What?? No competition saves money-- what capitalist country did they not come from?? What a bunch of hooey- and what a bunch of crap the district seriously thinks anyone outside their little group buys into. Try the open bidding process just once people, chose the lowest bid, show us the paperwork, THEN and only then do you get to claim you saved even a penny. MILIONS??? Are you kidding?? You spent everything!!

These guys get 200 a meeting- there is really still no limit on these meetings, last I heard 10 a month - 2000 a month is nothing to sneeze at, and little perks are falling like crumbs. All those maintenance fees that have no reciepts- just figures, wonder who is getting "MAINTAINED". HOPEFULLY not "lach" cause no amount of money is going to fix that thing. EWWWW!!!!!Perhaps the Beaumont P.D. can fix that thing with a REAL talk on the phone.

If you have ever shopped at a store in Beaumont you have forsaken the the unhappy valley creed.
All new things are bad!
Well maybe your 41 members will be happy to know that a new postal facility is coming to Beaumont.
Not so fast, where will the new postal faciliy get its water. will it come from the swamps of south Menifee, that's an outrage. Water for a new postal facility in Beaumont is an affront to the inbreds of unhappy valley so it must be stopped. A new postal facility in Beaumont means that Beaumont is going to take over the world. Unhappy valley residents must push back. Check with pattsy reeely and I Luwana tell you a story for the complete inaccurate facts.
God forbid a new postal facility in Beaumont!
There's lots of unoccupied land in west Texas and Wyoming that you folks should be interested in. Unhappy valley is now urban, not rural.

Why people don't like unincorporated cherry valley.
Nitrate water pollution.
You slam incorporated Beaumont who has a parade and carnival, beauty pageant and a real mayor.
You slam Banning who has a parade, rodeo and carnival and a real mayor and city council.
Both communites pay there own way and have sewer systems.
You slam the supervisors office every chance you get along with verbally attacking the representative he sent to improve your urban backwoods hell.
All you provide the pass with is litigation, attacks on surrounding communities, the county and nitrate contaminated water. Look in the mirror!
