Again this year Mill River and Sheffield parades have been left out of the lineup. Mill River steps off at 9a.m. from the school to the library. Sheffield steps off at 11 from the police station to Barnard Park with a stop in the center of town. I guess the Eagle is like the States "there is nothing west of Springfield". To the Eagle, there is nothing south of Great Barrington!

nothing new for the eagle, their coverage of south county has been lacking for years. the weekly berksire courrier has been putting them to shame for years. recent example - GM news all over the country about closing dealerships. did anyone at the beagle notice the local GMC dealership affected ? you're right, Berkshire GMC is south of gt. barrington.

Bob you are again %100 correct. As a side not the GMC dealership is one of the best run in MA.

Yes this paper is getting more ridiculous every time i see it. Otis, Sandisfield, New Marlborough, Sheffield, Stockbridge and i am sure many more towns that i can't think of right now. i guess we arent part of berkshire county anymore. maybe we should look into northwestern CT i hear its nice.

However every town is only a scandal, big fire or murder away from being on the front page. Remember the Don Henley song,'Dirty Laundry'?

I've been searching the web for the Sheffield parade time, surprised it was not easy to find, but fortunately found your entry.
