he does have this very "drugs are bad, mmmkay", reagan-era mentality, a bit out of step with current thinking.
the "im a da so i have to be a stick-up-my-butt on drug issues and show no mercy to anyone and go for 100% life sentences for every crime my office prosecutes" attitude is kinda what youd expect out of that kind of office...lots of old ladies and grumpy dudes think that's cool, but really, it seems kind of 1950s unenlightened in this day and age. |
