What happened to the discussion about the FBI/INS serving a warrant on Fred's office?

Wasnt nothing to do with Fred directly.It was the people in the office that he had rented to for immigration stuff. He was only leasing to them.

Why don't Fred have to clean up his property on Cornelius ave like all the people living there are expected to do about their property! I have to or i get cited by city! is it cause he is well to do and a long time attorney in town or what? Now that unfair! he should be cited and fined as me or anyone else!Russellville has favorites i think! Nashville does not everyone does same there! I am from there and liked it better than here but own a house and live here now or i would move back where the law is on peoples side! Rich or poor should not matter!

He's a crook anyways. I paid him $1400 last fall, and he has yet to even show up in court for me. Always some excuse. However in the meantime he took on a case against me for someone else. Is that even legal? Has anyone else had any problems with him?

I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble. I just think its tacky for business to do that. Why is it right for me to pay him but he won't show up for court?

I couldn' agee more he is one of the biggest crooks around we also paid him our hard earned money only to have him turn arond and stab us in the back by takin another case for a woman that he rpresented and went aginst us in my opinion he is nothing but slime!!!

Sounds to me more than a bad experience. If he was paid to do a job but did not do it, that is wrong. Most of us do not have that kind of money to throw around. But karma will catch up. It always does when you least expect it. Do to others as you want them to do to you.

Fred Green was made the executor of the Curtis Binkley estate in Lewisburg because they thought they knew him. He was caught using their (stealing) money inappropiately by Maxine Hinton and was forced by the courts to repay it. It has been long standing knowledge that Fred would skin his own grandmother if her hide would bring anything. As far as I'm concerned he is a low life scumbag.

Then how does he keep getting by with it and why he still allowed to practice?

Thanks for idea about channel 13 hearing my story. I may call them in a day or so well after holiday and tell them all about how Greene gets away with whatever he chooses! town should do something to help good people like me and all you who wrote about Greene being crooked and selfish! We deserve justice i think! We need new attys like in B. G. who care about clients! Russellville has attys who look out for important people well rich ones i guess and i am not rich so who cares about my problems? Greene should have his license revoked for all bad stuff he had did over years! Bar is suppose to be fair i always heard. Long as he can do this and get by he will but what can honest folks like us do to end it? I went to his office myself and ask for him and his secertary talk to me he was busy. And she called me back instead him and said he can not do anything about lot now and that was it. I was man enough to go see him but he would not see me so what am i to think? Glad to know i am not alone getting dumped on!

Mike T, you have a problem with Fred because he doesn't keep his property clean, I understand and trust me, the city is the ONLY one who can make him clean it up.. You keep calling the mayor, he will get it done. As far as how he represented the others on here, I do not know the circumstances or why you feel he let you down as an attorney, but he is the only one who can answer your questions.. As far as the estate in Lewisburg and allegations of wrong doing, I remember reading about it in the newspaper and Fred was ordered to pay some money back to the estate, but there was never a charge of wrong doing on his part. I have had Fred as an Attorney, and trust me if you have a high profile case or some of the "old money" people in Logan county are out to get you, Fred is the best, he will fight for you. In my opinion, he is the best.

He has represented members of my family so I went to him. He didn't fight for me. He turned on me. He didn't care at all. Never did show up to court. He was a waste of my money. I could sure use that money now with Christmas and the kids and all, but you live and learn I guess.
