I had a run in with Kieth Washington in 94 and it was very frieghting and fearful. I told his superiors 14 yrs. ago that "this man is going to kill somebody one day". I have kept up with his officer over the years and its a shame that the department and Jack Johnson has back hid his action for years. He assauted me i n 94 while in his cruiser he pulled his gun out and pressed it to me head and during processing openly stated he would lie on the paper work so I would never get a good job and this was after I had taken and passed the DCPD test. Not only should he be held responsible the department should be as well he as stated in he phycallogical evaluation the he could be held responsible for his actions and the department did nothing. Kieth Washington got everthing he deserves
