Deputy Wrecked

Does anyone know the deputy that wrecked on Lee Hwy Friday night near the Moonlite Drive-In.

what happened? I went by and his car was on the back of the roll back front end smashed all to hell and a pull behind trailer had been hit as well. Bet he didn't get a ticket for failure to maintain or reckless driving.

Why is this not in the news?

cops dont get tickets...they are above the law

Its a wonder somebody didnt get killed in that wreck, hopefully the county will learn something from this, from what i understand it was just a simple call he was running too, nothing serious

yeah it is a wonder noone was killed and in response to "that is why" Im sure there has been a time where law enforcement was beneficial to you and you probably didnt even know it. The people who protect you right there in your living area do it so you dont have to when you go to sleep at night and if you feel your more then safe and dont need them...post your address.....10 to 1 your giving it a second thought....

If your mom was getting beat by your drunkass dad on the side of the road and she called you to help her... Would you drive super fast to get to her or do the speed limit? If you choose to drive fast risking losing control of the vehicle to help her or even maybe killing yourself, would you take it? This is what our officers do everyday for YOU and YOUR families and then to help complete strangers, one happens to crash on his way to a call. How dare you bash him on here. Karma is a bitch!!

Excellent question. Considering the useless information that passes for news around here than a deputy involved in an automobile accident SHOULD have been reported in the news. The people should demand answers!

People just want a few answers. The WCSO doesn't hesitate for one second to issuse speeding tickets, tickets for expired inspection stickers, etc. So when the police mess-up the citizens have a need and right to know what happened.

Matter of fact, why does blame need to be put anywhere? What if one of their family member wrecks or if they themself wreck. Should it be reported everytime there is an accident on our roadways?
