These people lie and cheat people...I would never recommend anyone to buy a car from them from my own personal experience.

I so agree they are all liars and sale junk! If anyone is thinking about dealing with them I hope you will think twice. They should be run out of town!!!

I also agree ...was wondering if it was just me they got or if they treat everyone like that?

Sorry for any bad experiences you might have had with any of our lots. Rest assurd, any buiness can not have 100 percent satisified customers, but we work very hard to make every customer feel they have been treated fairly. If you feel you have not been treated this way then by all means, give me a call so I can see if there is anything I can do to make things right.

well i cant say they are honest or liers.
but i can say from my personal exp that when you have a problem with one of the cars they sale you they they act like a bunch of a$$hol*s and it takes forever to make them make it right.

First off, we are always nice to our customers.(ALWAYS) We sell our cars "as is" so no one "makes" us do anything! We work with our customers to help make them satisfied because we want repeat business and referals, and because that's the kind of people we are, not because we were made to do so.

i do give you credit,you did make it right and fixed the van. but the problem we had was the attitude the old man had when it broke down at walmart after we had just paid for it.she only drove it from the lot to walmart and the electronic something was bad in the transmission and he had a nasty attitude with her,and then later with me.

Dudes, yal must not have ever worked or run a business. The Woodward family is a group of hard working business people. If you ever worked you'd know every now and again things go wrong. In the car business there is all kinds of problems. Even with a brand new vehical you have problems.A used vehical you should expected problem. There's also against law slander. So, you say all this bad things but you leave out just how much they do for others...They help with car payments/ low payments, give to he handicapped, give to high schools... and other things... You love to say bad thngs but how many can say things about you. Look in the mirro and quit gripping.

Omg I guess the whole family has something to say. Well of course they wont say anything bad. To lol I am the one laughing because I have never taken drug and work ever day so you need to get a grip. This a forum and last I checked we still have freedom of speech. Its not slander if its true!

Iam not of their family. I am a customer and I happen to check things out before I speak. I wish my family was as close as theirs... Did you know last year they put three people in jail and fined them for slander on topix. One happened to be goverment assoicated and one in Lebonan, and the last was in Abingdon... It can come back to bite you. Slander is a lie, or opinion past with out all facts...liable is the writing or broadcast form. So,Once Bitten... Yes, you have freedom of speech as long as it is facts or unless you sate in my opinion... it can be concidered slander. And yes you can face a lawsuite for any damages caused by stupid choices of word of mouth.Ignorance of the law is no excuse.
Got another question for you...Don't they sell vehicals as is? Did you not read where others have had their vehicals fixed b them after purchase? How can they be so bad if they are the only buy, here, pay here ... as is... that most know of around that help out even after a sale?
I also noticed this post was directed at "Jennifer Woodward" what's your problem? She wouldn't go out wth you. Look at what you wrote... There's not a person out here that blames the woman for not, or having taste.
