He's a mentally unstable narcissistic liar with delusions of grandeur. He cares nothing for this town and is only interested in pursuing his personal agenda and his vendettas against certain members of this community.

anybody that wouldn't come to the veterans celebration and the forth of july event at the aberdeen park to me shows that he don't care about the town so lets get him out of there.

garland is a nice guy, hes helped me with alot of problems he really nice doesnt anyone have anything good about him to say

I seen the brown county sheriff at the chiefs house after his wife threw his clothes out .Whats up with that.I ALWAYS HEARD HE BEAT ON WOMEN.,AND THIS IS OUR CHIEF!!!!!!!
