Police Probe Fatal Hit-And-Run Crash In Aberdeen

TO THE SPINELESS HIT & RUN DRIVER:
How could you leave a human being; that you just hit with your car on the side of the road to die? I pray the police find you and charge you with murder and put you under the jail for the rest of your miserable life! If it was just an accident you should have stuck around, or atleast called for help. TURN YOURSELF IN NOW!

It takes a real coward to run someone over and not even pull over and give them help. This person left this boy on the side of the road like he was just a piece of garbage.I sincerely hope they find this person and run his or her ass over.. AN EYE FOR AN EYE!!!!!

My name is Dan and I work on APG. I travel everyday, several times a day between Aberdeen PG and the Edgewood base. Was this person a younger, balck man that would walk up and down Route 40 dancing? I have seen him several times over the past few months. He always put a smile on my face when I saw him dancing up the street. He was always so happy and carefree. Is this the same person? If so, this is aweful.

Yes that is the same person you seen. Jarrett danced. And was damn good at it. I still cant believe this happened to him. RIP Garf. <3333 We miss you so much.

To the family of a child taken to soon. I can not begin to imagine what you are going thru but I do know that God is in control. He will not put more on you than you can bear. God will deal with the evil person that hit your angel. Vengence is His not ours. Always remember that God is in control. I pray for you continued strength thru these trying days. there was so much that i wish i could have said to garf before he passed. i remember him and his friends trying to teach me how to tut haha. he was such a kind soul and a good daddy. his baby girl is going to grow up knowing that her father was a good man who was generous and sweet. he would have given you the shirt off his back. now hes in a better place, rokkin off and smiling like he always was. save me a good spot garfieldd.
oh and i hope that bastard that hit you rots underneath the jail! we love you so much. even people who didn't know you cried when they found out. we miss you. rest in peace.

My heart broke when I found out that Garfield was the fatal victim of this crime. He was close to my family and was like my nephew. I work on APG and the morning police were processing the scence; as I turned to make my exit, I had a strong feeling that I knew the person laying in the street on the other side of the highway. It was almost as if Garfield was calling out to me. I did't get a call unitl 2 p.m. that day from my daughter telling me Garfiled was hit & killed. My heart sank, Garfield was a sweet, kind, loving young man, who loved music & dancing, and he loved to be around family. I will miss his warm smile and seeing the joy dancing gave him and others. Call the Aberdeen or State Police if you have any information about this murder.
