While driving to work today as I was just passing walmart I was diverted by about 10 police officers up onto the ramp and back onto rt. 40. while on the ramp I had a clear view of a body laying in the grass on the side of the road. He was wearing light blue clothes. Called police, who didn't wish to comment or release information.

Yes, I am part of the familly of the victim. He was going to a party, he was only 19... A drunk driver hit him, and then ran away. Hopefully, the police found him. We are devastated, thanks for your support. This announce confirmed that it was him because the police wouldn't say nothing at the beginning. Thanks again...
