Tim is a friend of mine and it's not like him to just pull a gun on someone. In my personal opinion, when that guy followed them, he was starting the problem right there. Why didn't that guy just follow them, get their license plate number and meet the police there rather then first try to take matters into his own hands and confront someone who just flicked him off..? Seems like he almost instigated it in a way...just my personal opinion. And yea, if someone would approach me with their hands in their pockets, you never know what their going to pull out and Tim's gun wasn't even loaded! I could see if he had one bullet or a whole round or something but it was unloaded meaning that the only reason that Tim carries this gun is to ensure the safety for himself, not to harm anyone else. I have known Tim for awhile and he would not shoot anyone. If he would have that intention, his gun would have had at least one bullet in it, ya know....I think that guy should have got a charge for instigating the whole thing to a point. Yes, Tim flicked him off, so what, I've been flicked off too but that doesn't mean that I am going to follow someone and be an a*s. That guy should have called the police from the time he got cut off and left the police handle it seriously, that's what's supposed to happen so I don't understand why the judge didn't tell that guy to call the police rather than confront someone himself...seems odd....It's sad what this world comes to...I could understand if the gun was loaded to charge him with simple assault, but seriously, it was empty...there was no assault or an intent to assault, not without bullets! How do you know that that other guy didn't have a gun or knife at the time? He left and called the police...he could have got rid of his weapon and got Tim in trouble...did the police ever think of that scenario? Probably not because their too focused on an unloaded gun that wasn't ever fired! That guy followed them and posed a threat by approaching them with his hands in his pockets to start with...it's true that a weapon must be shown before you can show yours to someone, but in this case the guy acted like he had something...my big question is, why did the police allow them to file a complaint when they left the scene of where it was committed? Anything could have been in the other guy's possession but could have been gotten rid of since they left and THEN called the police...sometimes I think the system is backwards and other times just lost in direction and playing cards for the answers..seriously..I'm going in the criminal justice field and I even think some stuff is B.S.

timmy is a awesome guy and for him to pull out his gun,he had to fell threatened.hes the nicest guy i know and is not one to tote a gun thinking hes a badass.

mr hoffman is lucky he dident get shot in the leg cause if it was me and someone jumped out of their car acting like they want to hurt me,i woulda shot him.just showes that timmy had a reason to pull out his gun,a legal gun at that..

so mr hoffman, sorry you had a gun stuck in your face but maybe next time someone flips you off youll think twice before acting like a tough guy.

Daily Horoscope for December 19

Pisces

Are you feeling fraught? It certainly seems that way, perhaps because you've got far too much on your plate and not nearly enough time to tackle it all. Do yourself a big favor and start with whatever is most urgent, otherwise you'll waste time by dithering or getting caught up in trivial tasks. Above all, don't get into a panic because that will squander valuable time and energy.
