he should be investigated on check fraud!!! writing clients bad checks after cashing checks from insurance settlements just flat out Low Down and criminal at some point attorney's must be held accountable for there actions lock him up.

I have known of William E. "Phats" Catledge and his mother and late father, and entire family for nearly thirty some odd years as native of Houston, MS. It is very disappointing to know that his poor judgment and past actions have altered his present IRS fraud over the past several years as a lawyer. In addition to that, his dishonesty to his clients and to himself are very disenchanting to say the least. However,as our spiritual and religious communities always send prayers, I am for certain that Phats' lesson -- beyond law right now due to the fact that he has resigned as a lawyer and never can practice again in life -- is humility always protects ego. When one is forever humble without ego, the Creator never allows one to walk blindly or alone.
