Is Raven Matthews Pillette a good attorney?

Beats me never heard of them. Does anyone know if Ronald Melebeck is any good? Is he a good public defender? I miss Pat Thomas so much, she is doing great for all who know her.

Actually it is a Franklin, who is the best attorney.

Melebeck did me good as a public defender...told him what I would accept and he made it work...didn't take much to convince Ayo...maybe a 5 minute conversation...our judicial system is screwed up...seriously! Criminally at least...never been civilly...what you going for...you can get free advise here

Does anyone really understand how the system works? I can't prove this, but this is what I believe. Lets say Joe is the public defender. Joe only gets a few hundred dollars to represent each client. So he can only make money by spending as little time as possible on their case. Joe and the D.A. meet once a week. The D.A. tells Joe which Repeat offenders he really ants to nail to the cross. Paul is in the cross hairs. Paul is being represented by Joe. Joe goes to court and doesn't put up any fight for Paul. Joe More or less just holds Pauls hand while he walks him toward the plank. Joe sells out 5 or 6 defendants this week. Next week Joe has a paying client. Joe has a special arrangement with the D.A. Joe hands over 5 or 6 defendants, and as a reward, the next time Joe needs special consideration for a paying client, He gets it.
As wicked as this may sound, it is a reasonable arrangement. The Poor defendants are aware that this goes on. With this knowledge, they should really be discouraged from committing crimes. Knowing that they will not have representation in court. On the other hand, if these criminals had jobs, maybe they could afford to hire an attorney. Or if they had jobs, maybe they would have been home in bed getting rest, and not at the club or on the streets getting into trouble.
The paying client is usually a working productive member of society, which is why he could afford an attorney. He paid his child support, He paid his taxes, he employed several people, He is actually contributing something to the community. Paul had no job, did not pay child support. Paid no income taxes, Did no volunteer work.
Society does not miss Paul while he is in Jail. He gave nothing to the community. So why should Paul get good free legal representation.

On top of that, if these criminals had any sense at all, they'd study up on the law and their legal rights. Watch the video on you tube titled
