Your view makes no diiference.

Christianity comes from Christ. Christ means the Messiah, the Messiah God has promised to Man for his Salvation.

A stupid idea remains a stupid idea, irrespective of how many people believe it.

Yes, we will let you repeat your view.

Your view has not changed because you have not read the New Testament.

"Andrez Lopez" you have not read the New Testament."

Is the New Testament part of the Bible? if not, why was the NT attached to the Old Testament Bible?

"blue_zinc" you are right I have not 'read' the New Testament because I am still reading it. I have been reading the Bible ever since I was in high school and I am still reading it.

Reading the Bible is not like reading a book of fiction or a novel which you start reading from page one till the end of the book. Reading the Bible is an endless excercise. Reading the Bible is a practise through life, until the end of life. And life is a wonderful journey to self-discovery and the discovery of our source from the beginning of the Creation through trillion and trillion of years to the infinity. It is not like studing the life of the some one else who doesn't concern one-self, like studying the life of the 14 generations of Lamaism.

The New Testament is of course part of our Christian Bible. For Christians, the New Testament is the second part of the Bible or the continuation of the Old Testament. For Zionist Jews who have yet to accept Jesus as the Christ or the Messiah do not have a New Testament. They do not call their Hebrew Scriptures as the Old Testament because they do not have a New Testament. The term Old Testament is a Christian term which refers to the Hebrew Scriptures. The Hebrew Scriptures consists of the 8 books of Torah, which is the core of their Scriptures, plus 13 historical books; 7 Wisdom books; 18 Prophetic books.

The New Testament consists of the writings of the Apostles, recording the life of Jesus from his birth, Christmas, through his teaching and works, through his suffering on the Cross; through his death; through his RESURRECTION; through his return to the Heavenly Father the Creator of the Universe, plus the epistles or letters of Saint Paul who was not an apostle of Jesus but who was converted on a later date to Christianity from being a Jewish army general en route to persecute the Christians.

In our Church, the writings of the Apostles are referred as the Gospels, the word of God or the Good News to humanity.

The Gospel according to Matthew has 28 chapters.
The Gospel according to Mark as 16 chapters.
The Gospel according to John has 21 chapters
The Gospel according to Luke has 24 chapters.

The Acts of the Apostles is the second volume of Saint Lukes's 2-volume work has 28 chapters.

The epistles are the letters written by Saint Paul:

Letter to the Romans has 16 chapters
His first Letter to the Corinthians has 16 chapters
His second letter of the Corinthians has 13 chapters.
Letter to the Ephesians has 6 chapters.
Letter to the Philippians has 4 chapters
Letter to the Colossians has 4 chapters
His first letter to the Thesssalonians has 5 chapters.
His second letter to the Thessalonians has 3.
His first Letter to Timothy has 6 chapters.
His second Letter to Timothy has 4 chapters.
Letter to Titus has 3 chapters.
Letter to Philemon has 1 chapter.
Letter to the Hebrews 13 chapters,
The letter of James has 5 chaptere,
The first letter of Peter has 5 chapters,
The second letter of Peter has 3 chapters
The first letter of John has 5 chapters,
The second letter of John has one chapter,
The third letter of John has one chapter,
The letter of Jude has one chapter,

The Revelation to John (or the Apocalypsis) has 22 chapters.

So reading the New Testament takes a long time. If one do not do the reading by oneself, one will have to wait until Sunday where we read it selectively on Sunday Mass.
