What's happening to the speed limit on LSD which is currently 40. Of course, no one is going that speed. It might as well be 70.

Ive noticed ever since they started using the "fast-method" of paving roads (the machines that scrape the ground and pave it), potholes have been on the rise! It seems as if they are not putting down enough asphalt.
