Somehow you all have missed the jest of this topic, Obama, the learned-man that he is, has just insulted Emanuel and Emanuel doesn't recognize he was slapped in the face...

Anyone that uses the word 'Terrific', needs to understand that to use it properly, it means, terrible, horrific, bad, it is a negative, as in,'That was a 'Terrific accident', That was a 'Terrific flood'...

The word 'Terrific' comes from the root-word,'Terrificus', and that is not a good thing...

Sure some 'Dictionaries' have a 'Common-use definition', BUT, just because the 'Common-use definition' is listed, doesn’t mean that it's the true-meaning; it just means that people commonly use the word incorrectly...
