Rahm Emanuel is too analytically bright, but not as emotionally intelligent as tough but fair Mayor Daly of Chicago.
I would rather see him stay where he is, and perhaps after 2016 become a Senator, UN Ambassador or Secretary of the Treasury!! Some public servants I think, work best organizing/strategizing behind the scene! To be Mayor of Chicago, you have to be up-front confrontational melding Unions, Police, and a long list of Daly family dynasty antecedent connections! It really should be up to Mayor Daly, to make his choice as successor.
