In a recent correspondence, Stefanowicz shared her own experiences and her concerns drawn from discussions with other adults who were raised in homosexual households. The following aspects typify these children's experiences:
* Associating with the parent's GLBT community creates painful gender identity confusion and prevents healthy development.
* Children are "silenced and forced to tolerate hearing speech, witnessing sexual behaviors, and going places they find offensive."
* Children are saddled with "stress, depression, anxiety, suicidal tendencies, anger, sexuality confusion, and tremendous insecurity."
* During Stefanowicz's childhood, her father "traveled all over North America and to the Islands, finding ample cruising partners and locations." She said it was not safe "to bring my good-looking boyfriends" home because they could be propositioned by her father to have threesome sex with another homosexual adult.
* A number of children feel sexually abused though association with the sights of the GLBT subculture and "witnessing their parent in sexual situations and multiple relationships." She said it's common for parents to take children to gay pride events sporting offensive sexual material, discussion and behavior.
* Stefanowicz says, "Some adult children express they have been sexually abused by a parent or partner(s) who have attempted to recruit them either directly or by innuendo and by example. Pedophilia is a big part of the subcultures." Sadly, she recounts her father being sexually involved with an underage boy who later committed suicide.
* Stefanowicz has heard personal accounts from children who have contacted her. "They have been exposed to hepatitis and other pathogens because of living in close association with sexually active parents and partners. When young, dependent children share snacks, utensils, drinking glasses, use bathroom facilities and do not wash hands, touch washcloths … toothbrushes … children are at risk of becoming infected." She recounts picking up "feces-covered sheets" after one of her father's encounters and is concerned that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention acknowledges the high level of disease risk associated with GLBT behaviors, yet fails to discuss infection transmission risk to children in their care.
* Stefanowicz sees firsthand the effect of hate crime laws in Canada. Predicting what is ahead for America should such legislation pass, she says, "It is deeply saddening to see how many churchgoers/conservatives/Repu blicans are in favor of hate crime (laws). Americans have no idea what hate crime really is all about."
* Her concerns are backed up by statistics. A 2007 Gallup poll indicated a majority of Americans (68 percent) support expanding hate crimes laws. According to USA Today, "Majorities of frequent churchgoers (62 percent), conservatives (57 percent), and Republicans (60 percent) also were in favor of the legislation."
Continuing, Stefanowicz says, "Unfortunately, charities that speak against homosexuality will lose their charitable status and be fined. Media will also get shut down by the FCC if anything negative is said about homosexuality, and mention is made of the health risks, research on causes, and possibility of people leaving the lifestyle. "Gay" activists will go back into web archives and make complaints about offensive articles and links. Pastors will also be sued and church denominations could lose their tax exempt status."

Do hate crime laws really protect children? No. They protect adults perpetrating acts of indecency on minors.

Four-year-old Jandre Botha refused to call his mother's lesbian lover "daddy" - and paid with his life.

. He sat in court holding the hands of his fiancée, Yolanda Deysel, and listened attentively to magistrate Rita Willemse, who, in her judgment, accepted evidence that among the reasons that led to Jandre's brutal ordeal was his refusal to call De Nysschen "daddy".

. The court had heard evidence from Lydia Nkomo and her daughter Aletta Lesiba, who worked for the couple in their tuckshop, that De Nysschen had viciously assaulted Jandre while demanding that he must call her "daddy".
'His mother should have been aware of this'

Both testified that while Jandre was assaulted, his mother failed to intervene or protect him. Evidence showed he had sustained horrific injuries, including a fractured skull and brain damage, as well as broken legs, collarbone, hands and pelvis.

The court accepted the evidence of Professor Mohammed Dada, a trauma expert, who said the boy's injuries were similar to those of a person who had fallen from a double-storey building.

Delivering judgment, Willemse acknowledged there was no substantial evidence linking Hanelie to the assaults, but said she was equally guilty of murder for failing in her legal duty to protect her child against abuse and violation.

Homosexuality Triggering HIV Escalation

WASHINGTON, While the rates for new cases of HIV, the virus that causes AIDS, have been on the decline among heterosexuals and intravenous drug users, US health officials are expressing alarm at an eight percent increase in HIV rates in homosexual and bisexual men in one year.

Measuring the increase in prevalence of the virus at the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported that the 8% rise in cases among men who commit sodomy with men,“was statistically significant” for the 33 states that reported on HIV cases, according to the CDC’s publication, Morbidity & Mortality Weekly Report.

In addition, the CDC reported that the majority of HIV infections in women were a result of what the organization terms “high risk” sexual behavior, which includes sex with bisexual men, while an estimated 25% of persons living with HIV do not know they are infected.

The CDC cautioned that the increasing HIV rate may be a true reflection of increases in the disease, particularly as the transmission rates are heightened by concurrent infections with sexually transmitted diseases like syphilis – which is also skyrocketing among homosexual men – but “might also reflect increases in HIV testing among [men who have sex with men].” Statistics Canada revealed last year that the rate of syphilis among homosexual men had almost doubled. According to the CDC, people with syphilis are two to five times more likely to transmit or contract HIV than individuals not infected with a sexually transmitted disease.

The CDC also warned that a survey of 15-29-year-old men who engaged in sodomy “reported that the proportion of unrecognized HIV infection was as high as 77%.”

The CDC estimated that, in the 33 US states that reported on HIV incidence, 157,252 persons were diagnosed with HIV/AIDS between, 71% of whom were male. The CDC also noted that the majority of men who contracted the disease were affected through the act of sodomy, 17% through “high-risk” heterosexual contact, and 16% through injection-drug use.

During that time, according to the girl, she and Holloway were intimate "over 100 times." "We have a very special relationship. It is a gift from God," states an alleged e-mail from Holloway to the girl in March 2003. "Not many people are going to understand that, but we know in our hearts that God made us for each other!" Holloway is fighting extradition.

Abigail Holloway, the Colorado teacher who is being accused of having an intimate relationship with a student while teaching in California, was involved with the girl for several years, according to the former student.

Amy Lilley, 36, a former teacher and softball coach at Lecanto High School in Lecanto, Fla., was sentenced yesterday to two years of house arrest and eight more years of probation.

According to the St. Petersburg Times, the sentence, handed down by Circuit Judge Ric Howard, was part of a plea deal between the state and the defense.

Lilley, who was arrested in November, pleaded no contest to lewd and lascivious battery, a second-degree felony punishable by up to 15 years in prison.

The 15-year-old girl Lilley assaulted was in tears during the hearing, asking the judge to remove a stipulation in the sentence that barred contact between the two. Howard declined her request.

Amy Elder, 28: Ripley High School teacher and softball coach in Memphis, Tenn., was indicted on 15 counts, including rape and sexual assault, after allegedly having had sexual relations with two female students. While she initially denied the charge, in March, Osborne changed her plea to guilty to a charge of sexual battery, and was sentenced June 30, 2010, to six months in jail and five years probation.

Cathy Heminghaus, 46: Special-education teacher from Ferguson, Mo., charged with statutory sodomy involving at least three of her students at Ferguson Middle School. She reportedly told friends she had performed oral sex on the children on several occasions in 2005. On July 9, 2007, she pleaded no contest Monday to 25 counts; 21 of them involving statutory sodomy.

Chandra Franks: Gym teacher and coach of softball and cross-country running at Haywood High School in Brownsville, Tenn., was charged Feb. 19, 2011, with sexual battery by an authority figure. Investigators said the victim is a teenager at Haywood High School, but they would not say if the alleged incident happened on campus, nor would they reveal the gender or exact age of the victim.

Crissy Hisey, 28: Sophomore English teacher at Vista Murrieta High School in Murrieta, Calif., arrested May 1, 2008, for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old girl at the school. "This started out as a friendship and then developed into a sexual relationship," one detective said, noting it had been ongoing for several months. Hisey was charged with suspicion of lewd conduct with a minor, oral copulation with a minor, child molestation and sending harmful material to a child. Police said the "harmful material" involved photos and videos allegedly found on cell phones of both the teacher and the girl. The alleged sexual contact between Hisey and the girl reportedly happened both at the woman's home and in Hisey's classroom after school hours.

Dawn Welter, 38: Sumner, Wash., teacher at Tenino High School charged April 24, 2007, with second-degree sexual misconduct with a minor for allegedly spending the night with a 16-year-old girl at a motel. Charging papers state that on Feb. 17, Welter engaged in sexual contact with the teen.

Elizabeth Livesay, 26: Special-education teacher at Carson Junior High School in Mesa, Ariz., was arrested Nov. 17, 2008, on 11 charges she had sex with a 16-year-old girl on numerous occasions outside of school grounds. The 16-year-old is not her student and police believe that the girl has not been Livesay's student in the past. She was put on paid leave of absence during the investigation.

Elizabeth Miklosovic, 36: Grand Rapids, Mich., teacher at South Haven's Baseline Middle School pleaded no contest to sexually assaulting a 14-year-old female student she "married" in a pagan ritual in June 2004. Miklosovic is also accused of touching the girl's genitals while camping in public parks. She told the judge before sentencing, "The entire ordeal has been blown totally out of proportion for something that was innocent, kind and nurturing in nature." She was sentenced to five to 25 years.

Erica Baker, 23: Teacher at Pfeiffer-Burleigh Elementary School in Erie County, Pa., charged Nov. 13, 2007, in connection with a lesbian relationship with a local teenage girl. Baker was just a student teacher in training at Strong Vincent High School when she originally met the female student. Police say the pair would drive to a parking lot at a campground to engage in sexual contact.

Erica Umosella, 28: This southern New Jersey high school physical education teacher was charged with three sex-related offenses, including first-degree aggravated sexual assault, in May 2007 after an alleged three-month relationship with a 17-year-old member of the girl's field hockey team came to light in an anonymous letter to the principal. Umosella, who has been teaching at the school since 2003, was released from police custody after paying $50,000 in bail.

Franca and Antonia Munoz-Juvera, 26: These twin sisters – both teachers – were arrested in Southern California in December 2006 in connection with alleged lewd acts with an underage female student. Only Franca was charged with "unlawful contact" – Antonia was charged with being aware of the incident and failing to report it as required under California law. An 18-year-old female roommate was also arrested because she "facilitated the crime." On June 6, 2008, Franca was sentenced to 240 days in jail. Antonia and the roomate were sentenced to 120 days in jail to be served on weekends.

Gay Lyn Turley, 42: Mesa High School teacher and softball coach in Scottsdale, Ariz., was arrested on Dec. 19, 2007, after a 20-year-old woman who had lived with her told police of their sexual relationship that began when she was 16 and a student at Mesa. The relationship had soured between the pair earlier in the year.

Haven Kirkpatrick, 29: Fairfield (Ill.) Community High School gym teacher was arrested July 7, 2010, and charged with unlawful sexual contact with a female student between the ages of 13 and 17 "for the purpose of the sexual gratification of the defendant." The alleged contacts took place, investigators said, as recently as July 2, and as early as May 18 of 2010. If convicted of the eight counts of aggravated sexual abuse, she faces between three and seven years in prison on each count.

Heather Thorsby, 34: Art teacher at Independence High School in Franklin, Tenn., indicted in November 2007 on seven counts, including three charges of statutory rape. Thorsby is accused of inappropriate behavior with a 17-year-old female student. The relationship reportedly began as a friendship, but turned sexual, with alleged contact at school and home. Thorsby was sentenced to three years in prison on July 28, 2008.

Jamie Armstrong, 25: Science teacher at Tara High School in East Baton Rouge, La., was arrested in April 2007 for allegedly having sexual relations with a 16-year-old female student, including one occasion at the school. The girl was not in Armstrong's class, but was tutored by her several times per week. According to a probable cause affidavit, the girl she told deputies she visited Armstrong at her residence on several occasions and had consensual sex with her at least three times, even spending the entire night with the instructor.

Jaymee Wallace, 28: Basketball coach in Tampa, Fla., charged with having an 18-month lesbian relationship with a student. Authorities say the student, who was 15 when she met Wallace, voluntarily had sex with the coach more than 50 times, in a parking lot at Busch Gardens and often at Wallace's own apartment while a fellow classmate was in an adjacent room. According to the police report, the sexual relationship reportedly began in early 2003, after the student received a note from Wallace saying she "found her attractive and wanted to know if she felt the same way." On Dec. 5, 2007, Wallace was sentenced to three years of prison, followed by three years of sex offender probation. In late October 2009, the former student filed suit against the school district for failing to protect her, alleging the school didn't properly investigate the teacher before her hiring and didn't immediately tell the girl's parents when it discovered the relationship. The lawsuit says the girl suffered "embarrassment, mental anguish and physical illness."

Lynn Saunders, 38: A former basketball star at the College of Staten Island, the gym teacher at St. Paul's School in New Brighton, N.Y., was arrested in March 2005 for allegedly molesting a 12-year-old girl whose family she had befriended. Saunders admitted to touching the girl's breasts and genital area on several dates in February 2005. She received no jail time, only probation and registration as a sex offender. The family is now suing Saunders and the Archdiocese of New York, claiming the girl became suicidal and still suffers from "severe emotional shock, trauma, embarrassment, anxiety and other psychological injuries."

Megan Sainsbury, 31: The physical education teacher and former coach at Prospect High School in Saratoga, Calif., was arrested Monday, March 9, 2009, on three misdemeanor counts of "annoying or molesting'' a 17-year-old female student, according to court documents. Her arrest was the third for a lesbian teacher in the same district within a two week period. "You probably noticed that several teachers have been arrested on these types of charges lately," said Santa Clara County Supervising Deputy District Attorney Mike Fletcher. "But teachers are no more likely than doctors, lawyers or newspaper reporters to commit these crimes. Sex crimes affect a wide cross-section of demographics. I think it's just a fluke."

Melissa Chase, 29: Harlem High School coach in Harlem, Ga., was released from prison on July 31, 2009, after serving only three years of a 10-year sentence. The Georgia Supreme Court overturned her 2006 sentence, saying the age of consent should have been allowed as evidence along with the 16-year-old female student's testimony that she "wanted" the relationship.

Pamela Balogh, 39: Gym teacher and coach at a Somerset, N.J. Catholic high school was charged in December 2006 with sexually assaulting a 15-year-old female student over a period of 10 months. Authorities say the assaults happened mainly in Balogh's office.

Rita Brum, 24: The teacher at Mount Pleasant High School in East San Jose, Calif., was arraigned March 12, 2009, on charges of having sexual relations with a minor – a 17-year-old female student. The girl's mother discovered a love letter written to her daughter by the first-year teacher and assistant soccer coach and confronted the woman and pulled her hair. Shannon Best, 33: Social studies teacher at Sanderson High School in Raleigh, N.C., resigned April 14, 2008, after being charged with taking indecent liberties with an 18-year-old female student. A police spokesman indicated the encounter occurred at a residence but would not specify the location. Although the alleged victim is of legal age, police said criminal charges were being pursued because of the teacher-student nature of the alleged encounter. Best was released from the Wake County jail after posting a $5,000 bond. On June 18, 2008, Best pleaded guilty to a charge of misdemeanor attempted crime against nature and giving alcohol to a student. She received a 45-day suspended jail sentence, 18 months unsupervised probation, and was ordered to pay a $250 fine and court costs. She did not have to register as a sex offender.

Shebana Rajput, 35: Biology and physical science instructor since August 2005 at Jones Senior High School in Trenton, N.C., resigned her position May 21, 2008 – just two days before she was arrested in her home for alleged sexual conduct with a 17-year-old student whose gender was not released. Sheriff's officials say she had sexual relations with the teen in her home on nine separate occasions between March and May of 2008. Rajput was charged with eight counts of sexual activity with a student and one count of sex offense with a student. She was held on $100,000 bail as authorities looked into the possibility she was involved with additional students.

You can be as indignant as you want about homosexuals also being pedophiles but it is true. You certainly have had no dignity about keeping your sex lives to your selves. Rock Hudson was supposed to be a homosexual, it wasn't a secret but he didn't advertise, the same with Raymond Burr and Jim Neighbors. They were not afraid of anything they just had enough dignity to keep it to their selves.
