The husband and wife went back and forth, back and forth. They couldn't agree on who should take care of their young kids if, heaven forbid, something happened to both of them.

Katherine Jackson is knocking on 80's door. How is that a wise choice when there are children under 10 involved? Also, Michael Jackson has always demonized his father for the abuse, but Katherine was by his side abetting it all that time. He can ignore Joe all he wants, but he lives in the house, too.

Hogwash. Father's are never provided equal protection under the law, especially if they do not have physical custody of their OWN children, unless they have a gazillion dollars. Ask Alec Baldwin about is experience with ex-wives, custody battles, and fairness provided men in the sexist judicial system. The media never reports reality, they always seem to dress if up to look pretty.
