Obama does make up job numbers--there is no such thing as a "saved" job. At least no economist has ever heard of it in the history of the country. That would mean that no, Bush didn't make up numbers and yes, Barry did.

So how do you prove someone *didn't* do something? I would think it's incumbent on you, since you made the claim about Bush (gee, what do you know--there's that name Bush again. Surprise), to provide the info that he made up numbers.
