Another analogy. Next year, I will earn $100K more than I earned this year.
I will make this happen by borrowing on my home equity account $100K. Then, on January 1, 2010, I will deposit these funds into my checking acount, and I will have earned $100K more in 2010!
What a fracking joke. They put Bernie Madoff in jail for a Ponzi Scheme, and now Obama proposes one, but on a much bigger scale, and we taxpayers are forced to invest in it.
God help us.
Curious, have you ever lied to the government in any way that might financially benefit you? You don’t really need to answer that if you’re afraid it may incriminate you as we all know the correct answer anyway. I don’t agree with anything these power people do but screwing the pooch is the name of the game and we all do it.

If your in the Union that is.
Or work for the Government that is.
I saw a giant UNION RAT today where they were protesting this little tiny construction job.
.
Why would you make yourself look like a giant rat if you are in the UNION. I know they are not saying that people like me who just works for a living and tries to be a good tax paying American is a rat. I know they are not saying that. If they were they might get that Big Rubber Rat shoved right up their Union Book one of these days. After ruining Detriot and being associated with the SEIU you'd think they would just go hide in a corner out of shame and discust. We need to stop the spending. THEY are the fricken' RATS.
Yes yes yes, everyone’s a rat but me. I just change the price tags on things at the store because I feel they’re overpriced and they are overpriced because of those union rats. I’ll show them I’ll steal by changing the price tags, hell they can afford it and I’m not contributing to the failure of my country with my little bitty price change here and there. I work hard and I deserve it. No one’s getting hurt.

Tell us, o' almighty communist, what obama voted for as US senator, re: the war. That is when he wasn't casting one of his 128 "present" votes, or being absent for the last two years of his term running for president.

The only contingent he has been, is now, and will always be in favor of is arming is Acorn army.....with billions of taxpayer money.

Prolly explains why you're so happy....what, you get .030 per post, and 0.10 per peanut? You must be one of the few "rich" communists.

Cool! Now send me all your money and I'll do it to you. You'll have no problem with it, surely. And hey, I'll send you a nice thank you card from my new yacht. No hard feelings. And I DO like caviar. Thanks again.

PS: The kindergarten recess bell just rang. Time to get back to class.

Well if that’s the way you read it. How could I expect you to understand? You’re a lackey for your talking head. No hard feeling? You tell me. I’ve never left class Jr. you just don’t understand the subject matter those strings you wear are suffocating your ability to grasp the most infinitesimal instruction. Naw, no hard feelings at all Jr. At least you can still laugh at yourself, so…you’ve got that going for you.

If you think the last 9 months were better than when Bush was in office you might want to really take a deeper look in to this matter.

Too stupid for me to comment on. See above Milton Friedman for my reply.
What you really mean is that you're too stupid to come up with an intelligent response. Our government is corrupt. To call taxes "ruinous" fails to consider the role of the Middle-Class in a consumer driven economy. If the rich have all the wealth the economic machine bogs down. Lower taxes for the rich caused this economic quagmire. If you were half as intelligent as you think you'd realize the causal relationship.

Lets say Ozero gets all these jobs created... where is the money going to come from to pay all these people? plus the insurance Pelosi says every must have? our US dollar is falling and our fuel and everything else we import which is almost everything we eat and wear is going to cost everyone alot more very soon.

Why not take a look at the Republican Party's Presidential Candidate, John McCain. He has the highest number of NOT showing up at all in the entire Senate. I am sure you were proud.

Absolutely! But only if they repeal the law that states they will be able to retire with full pay after one term. They need to get a real job when they leave, not live off the backs of hard working Americans. I am a republican who voted for a democrat for the first time last November. Next time you stereotype people, why not include that category as well. Hello, "US and THEM football game mentality" person!

Ha Ha! Actually I don't need to turn to Topix to feel worthwhile or gain attention. I can only assume by your post those are motives for you to be here and attempt to meet your "unmet needs".
BTW, where are the 600,000 stimulus jobs?

He will not answer a thing. Instead he twists things to make it sound like he is smart. In reality he makes himself look like a fool everyday.
At least he is entertaining lol.

Do you think there's a possibility that the democrat-controlled Congress could decide to nationalize (i.e., confiscate) 401(k) accounts? I know it sounds a bit paranoid, but I don't trust those bastards, in light of their Socialist agenda. Also keeing in mind the fact that SS is going to be fatally stessed as the baby Boomers start retiring and will need to pay for Obama's boondoggles.
Yes, about the same chance as the impeachment of President Obama that some on this thread have requested.
