IS THIS WHAT THE CTA IS WASTING MONEY ON NOW? NO WONDER THEY ARE ALWAYS IN FINANCIAL TROUBLE. IT'S TIME THE CTA IS AUDITED, THERE SHOULD BE SOME ACCOUNTABILITY. THAT'S WHY I THINK THE CTA SHOULD BE PRIVITIZED. A PRIVATE COMPANY WOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO STAY IN BUSINESS IF IT WERE RUN LIKE THE CTA. WHO CARES WHAT THE WALLS OF A CTA STATION LOOKS LIKE - WHAT A COLLOSSAL WASTE OF MONEY. ONCE AGAIN, OUR TAX DOLLARS AT WORK. WHAT NEXT? I GUARANTEE YOU THE CTA WILL BE CRYING POOR A YEAR FROM NOW AND THEY WILL ONCE AGAIN TRY TO THREATEN AND BLACKMAIL PEOPLE TO PUT PRESSURE ON THEIR REPS TO VOTE THEM MORE MONEY. NOBODY SEEMS TO HAVE THE GUTS TO MAKE THEM ACCOUNTABLE FOR HOW THEY SPEND MONEY AND HOW THE ORGANIZATION IS RUN.

Barb, your vitriol
is amusing; CTA
does not pay for this

Adopt-a-station
requires adoptees to
pay for most of costs

Capital letters
make you seem so angry; you
should try haiku instead

I work for Dr. Graphx, the company that produced and installed the artwork.. Not one cent was billed to the CTA this job was for Columbia College, who has a lot of money, and the CTA merely granted them permission. Sorry something like this made you so upset Barb.

Gemini

The tender Moon and pleasure-loving Venus may cause you to go overboard today; it'll be easy to splurge on some favourite luxury after weeks of denial. Take a peek at your bank balance before you start spending; chances are you have plenty, but you may want to pay a few bills first. Some of you may find that you are seeking a guilty pleasure... as long as no one is hurt in the process, go ahead and indulge!
