I have written countless letters to the governor to the DA and to MADD and will continue to write them your son is alive and thats all he deserves he dosen't deserve to be released not even 1 day early and for your part you need to be charged as an accessory.

And If the others are guilty of what you say they did they need to be in prison also but that takes nothing away from your son's crime. I saw on the N.C. prison talk website that some people are saying he has AIDS and needs to be placed in segregation I don't know if it's true or not but that might be the reason the thread was removed.

Now just exactly WHAT PART of that don't you understand???

No one cared or would listen to this back then , so how was this investigated.
Were you in court. NO> Because if you were you would have heard, Laughrun underoath, say Yes, I knew of the rumor.
He was asked , why didn't you investigate it. Laughrun replied I saw no need to.
And the only person that brought up the drugging at the sentencing was Brock.
Laughrun wouldn't because he thought there was no need to.
No , the criminal did not investigate this.
It did however come up in the transcript by ALE Brad Putnam. He asked Brock, if Brock thought he could have been drugged.
But Laughrun and the Da did not go any further with that.
Just ask them.
If they say they did , then they lie.

One other thing: If you had been in court for the motion, you would have seen and heard, ALE Brad Putnam, point his finger at the DA and said I did what they told me to do. Brad Putnam seemed to be very upset.
So You would have to be there to see the body language.
If you watch the video of Marsha Goodenow speaking about the lack of evidence on WBTV then you can tell by her body language also. She plain down right lied.

Brock may spend l2 years, but their are a lot of people that know how Brock rec'd. a raw deal from a lot of people, including his so called friends.

They depositioned the ones they could find.
The only ones they could find were the ones that had nothing to hide.

Scott Miller that was driving , lied, and his own lawyers knew and went to see and talk with Brock.

Scott Miller didn't get off Scott Free. But he should be in prison also, because he and Christopher Herr were in on it.

I think everyone has seen enough in this world, that anyone with common sense knows how people gang up on one person.

If Brock was blacked out, HA that's what gets me, on the transcript, then he was blackout. He could not have driven.

So no there will be no giving up.

And sooner or later the others will pay somehow.
In God's own time he will let people see the truth.

Just like Goodenow and Laughrun know the truth but are afraid to admit that they were wrong.
