I read this dude Demas left the country because they found out it was he that did the drugging.

What you were reading were the rantings of a lunatic mom. I watched the newscast after Franklin lost his latest motion or whatever it's called and the judge plainly stated it was not credible evidence. An Alcohol Law Enforcement agent testified that there was no evidence that Franklin was drugged. The assistant district attorney who prosecuted the case three years ago, Marsha Goodenow said, "All this evidence.. lack of evidence was back then. We investigated it. There was no evidence that anybody drugged him that night.. only that he was drunk."
I think that the state of North Carolina has spent enough time and taxpayer money on this the boy plead guilty I don't think he should be entitled to appeal his own decision.

Someone didn't want the drugging to come out.
Why didn't they just let the mom rant about it.
She just might be telling the truth.

I understand all of what was said. I also understand the DA could have been withholding evidence.
There have been many caught doing that.
How do we know this was investigated?
3 years ago , the media was stunned to find out about this.
If it was investigated wouldn't you think this would have come out at the sentencing 3 years ago from the DA and the ALE?

Taxpayers money goes to the prisons where Brock should not be. It should be the ones' that drugged, beat, and left him.
