Abandoned baby probe continues

What kind of a selfish idiot leaves a newborn at a fast food restaurant when there are so many services available for "safe haven"? Even if this moron didn't know about the locations available to him, a phone call would have provided him with the information.

Really sad. What makes this guy even dumber is the fact that even McDonalds has video cameras and they caught him on film! I hope his butt goes to jail for a LONG time and I hope they find this poor excuse of a mother. Although, I wonder sometimes if this guy took the baby away from the mom right after delivery and she didn't do anything but lose her baby. Hopefully some more news will come out on this. I used to work with newborns and sick newborns and my heart really aches for this baby. I know there are a lot of people looking to adopt infants and I hope the baby gets a good home. He's very lucky to be alive!
