We all thought you had left to the hinter lands. Posting on Yahoo Buzz, various other comment sections of local television sites, etc. All of your numerous past postings here on Topix were deleted by court order...but you just can't stay away.

Even though your posting as "def" and "you have no idea", your posting style is too obvious. Your run-on sentences and incoherent ranting gives you away.

Does Paul Whitfield know that you continue to post all over the web, even back here, after you were ordered to stop? I wonder if Mr. DeMayo knows. He will now.

Drug discrepencies.
The drug on the paper from SBI: Versed: You never give to anyone intoxicated.

Besides Brock already had Etomidate,lidocaine, anectine. Which is all he needed = specially unconsious. In a coma. Turning purple.

A doctor would never order Versed in a case as this.

Medical records amended after the sentencing with versed.

Drug at sentincing testified from SHP: Alprazolam)Xanax.

Laughrun told Brock Valium. Then also told family member: Brock was drugged with Valium.

ll beers off the chart. Toxic in 2 hrs.

Never investigated drugging.

DA goes straight to reporters after Motion: said the drugging was investigated. She lied.

A lawyer that never intended to defend his client.

Sure I would like to know why they don't want this on here.

Above are only a few things that were found out in the past four years:

A few more came to mind:

Never, ever knew where Brocks blood was: who really tested it (Laughrun had no idea whatsoever))

Civil called Raleigh to preserve any blood of Brock's and Victims: They promised they would preserve it.

The next day the 2.l judge ruled to preserve all blood samples:

But got word: Samples were destroyed the day before the ruling.

Vehicles: Called place where both vehicles were being kept in August.

They said I had racked up a 3,000+ bill.

When asked why: The vehicles were let go in April 2006.

The victims family rec'd notice and got their vehicle out of storage .

I had to call in August : just to find out that State contacted Laughrun in April and Laughrun said evidence no longer needed.

Got home: Called Laughrun: Asked what he was going to do about it:
Laughrun said he didn't know anything about the vehicles: Oh but this is on paper I rec'd from wrecking company. They made me a copy, which Laughrun still doesn't know about.

Laughrun said he guess I would have to get a lawyer.

I said I thought you were our lawyer.
Laughrun said: I'm Brock's lawyer , not yours.
I said : But I would be the one paying your bill.
Laughrun said: Now Robin, you know we have not discussed money.
I said < I Know That.!!!

At the Motion Hearing:
Get to the courthouse and find out Peter Demas took a one way ticket to Greece :(2 days before the hearing).

Now Peter rec'd. a good deal from the DA as long as he would testify against Brock.

At the Motion : there wasn't a star witness Peter Demas:

The Ale knew he went to Greece well before anyone else. 2 Days before the hearing.

No Star Witness:

The DA= The Prosecutor_==== Witness.
She was the prosecutor and Witness.
How?
But she was never on the stand as a witness: Why?

We had a witness: Afraid , but courage.

A witness should be on the stand underoath.

The judge ordered Goodenow for Statement of Facts:

Guess : She forgot that.
It has been since September 2009, No Statement of Facts: Wonder why?

Because all she had was hearsay.

This was to get the Myers Park Community she says.
No , it is not just a community thing.

Brock , just because he went to Myers Park was used as an example and scapegoat.

Evidence was held.
Evidence was destroyed.
The reporters were told Criminal investigated the drugging, when in court it was said underoath by Laughrun : He knew of the rumors: But he saw no need to investigate.

No one on the criminal end investigated the drugging. They knew about it.

IS JUSTICE REALLY FAIR? With some in the justice system. Do they use their authority unwisely?

What is your personal vindictivness in this case.

Once his debt to society is paid, good luck to him. With regards to the deaths of Rivera and Bryant, the system got it right. Nothing else to be done, except finalize the civil financial responsibilities.

If you want to go find other people that allegedly assaulted your son, please go right ahead, but everytime you presume that makes your son innocent of the deaths of Rivera and Bryant, you are mistaken.
