The Republican Party has shown it's true face in this election cycle and I don't think Americans like it.
The GOP has always been the party of, and for, the rich.
Abraham Lincoln was a railroad lawyer when he ran for office. The railroad took one mile of land on either side of the track as payment from the government for the RR running the track. If your farm was in the way, too bad, the RR lawyers went to court and took it for pennies on the dollar of what it was worth, and then sold it back to you at market price, if you could afford it. That is why train robbers, Jessie and Frank James were popular heroes.
