News Story: Two dead in Uptown shooting
Intersection of Cedar and Trade Streets in uptown. Two men were shot to death in Uptown early Friday morning as they waited for a traffic light at the intersection of Cedar and Trade Streets.

The two shootings in Charlotte are terrible cases of man's inhumaity towards one another. I teach the nephew of one of the victims. This child is trying hard to figure out how he is going to cope with loosing an uncle whom he loved dearly. Please people let's live and love and let live and love.

I'm the uncle of 1 of the victims. Sorry 2 hear of your student's pain, but its understood. My nephew (Jamie aka Spuck) was like a son to me. Him and his brother. Jamie was a friend to all and a son to the rest that knew him. Its going 2b hard w/out him but It was a TRUE BLESSING TO KNOW HIM. I want him 2 RIP and to continue 2 brings us smiles with our memories. I Love You Spuck!
