I want Gene Smith to go down where he belongs. I am a customer of his at Medical Home Health and Mobility on Church St. in concord, and he has repeatedly ripped me off while committing fraud through medicare. How can I do something about this??? Please someone have an answer. I know for a fact that he has girls working for him who are not certified for mastectomy fittings, but are still doing fittings. it is illegal for him to be billing medicare if they are not certified. What can I do??

What can I do?? I am very concerned of your comments and experiences with this company. Yes, it is illegal to sell these items without a certified licensed employee. They have been consulted and told how to bill insurance correctly. They knew how to do things correctly and honestly but have chosen a different route. I am sorry you fell victim to this company. My only hope is that they are Closed before too many people become victims. I'll tell you what you need to do- Call Medicare Fraud Line and tell your story. Something will be followed up on. I promise you. Good Luck with your future endeavors with any other DME Company.

Mob. in Concord N.C. It's time to end Mr Smith run
on screwing people and North and South Carolina. These two if I can get what I need I'll walk them both to their new homes at the state pen.

so hard to believe that he hasn't been arrested yet. and Debbie too - when I left the company, I had proof of fraud on both of them and reported it to medicare, NC and SC medicaid and the NC insurance commission. NC couldn't press charges but when I last checked, medicare was investigating. I went by the building they had moved to in concord, near the hospital and there is a company with a very similar name operating there now.... wondering if Gene is in on that one too?

I know Debbie or Gene only had theirselves to blame for the downfall. I got paid every payday but most of us wondered if our checks would be good. I know of one wheelchair that came from an airline to be repaired. A bill of about 6,000 was sent to the airport but only 200 dollars was actually spent on the chair. This is the kind of business Gene and Debbie were into. No loyality of any kind from those 2 for anyone else, Stay away from them. I hope Penrod will learn their lesson before it is too late

Can anyone tell me were Gene Smith is keeping his Hummer .... I'm on the loan with him and he's not paying it and I have creditors at my door.. I hate what he has done to my credit.
