two way radio guide

Our school has been having trouble with our two-way radios...scant coverage, and we kept getting traffic from local taxicabs. It turns out that the last two way radio company we worked with sold us the wrong radios for what we needed.

I found this two way radio guide online, and it helped me understand what was going on with the type of frequencies...anyway, it was written without a lot of techno-babble and it was really helpful so we didn't get suckered into buying the wrong equipment again.

It is published by a two-way radio company, and we did end up replacing our radios with them, but the information is free and there's no strings attached. By the way, the new radios work great!

I was working at a school and we bought a bunch of motorola radios. We had a lot of trouble with them. Fortunately we found a great company in Discount Two Way Radio. They have this trade in program where they allowed us to send in our Motorola radios regardless of the condition they were in, and they gave us credit towards their new RCA radios. So far they have been great.I would definitely recommend them.
