There really is no personal responsibility anymore, is there? I miss the good old days where, if you committed a crime, you faced the punishment and didn't try to weasel out of things by using excuses of a bad childhood, mental illness, or anything else. It's time we stop teaching our children that there is always a justifiable excuse for bad behavior.

That article does seem to be written to give the shooter excuses for his actions.

All he had to do was get in his truck and drive away.

Your right, most people, no matter how pissed off, would have cooled down on the way to the truck and left. I don't care who bad his life was or who had done him wrong. The man sitting at the bar did nothing to him. To basically execute someone over the loudness of a TV, I cant imagine the hatred you would have to have inside to do this. Being drunk doesn't excuse him either. I dated a man who was an alcoholic and who while drunk would snap for no reason. He nearly killed me one day because I forgot to turn off a light. These people KNOW alcohol makes them this way. They know they should not drink because of it. It does not excuse their actions in any way. Any relative that makes excuses for these people are enablers, and in part responsible for the person actions cause they make them think it is not their fault..always someone or something else to blame.

Daily Horoscope for June 1

Cancer

Life has plenty to offer today, especially when it comes to enjoyment. You're in the mood for some fun and games, whether that means playing with your children or getting up to something very adult with you-know-who. You'll enjoy being as active as possible, and will jump at the chance of taking part in a competitive sport... provided you can win, of course.
