I think we'll know soon enough, but it makes sense that he is, seeing that he is the only name that has surfaced and that his attorney is talking to the media already, before any indictments have even been issued.

May I ask where this information came from? Wasn't it the FBI who were conducting this investigation?
Is there no one else out there concerned about the POSSIBLE release of this type of information considering this is a grand jury probe?
How can one side be balking for "justice" only to partake in illegal activity themselves?

Site the info has been being leaked from members of the SPD. Take it for what it's worth. That is all I know at this time.
