I would think you just hook up your cd player to the wireless transmitter. Did you ever get it to work?

I just bought 2 speakers at Linen-n-Things. They do not work from the start. I called Linen-n-Things and they will not return them because of going out of business. I called the manufactor and they will not honor the warrenty because of Linen-n-things did not honor their contracts so now we are out of 250.00 with 2 broken speakers. I have had the run around on the phone for 2 days. I would not bought this product ever again!

I purchased one of these from Linens and Things. It sounds great, but it shuts off after 2 minutes. The company is refusing to support the warranty because Linens and Things did not pay them for the product.

I had the same problem with my purchase from Linens N Things. Speaker shuts off after about 2 minutes. Company refuses to honor warranty.

Federal law mandates they cover the warranty. They are violating privacy laws by telling us that Linens N Things did not pay, and violating federal law by not covering their warranty.

Anyone want to go together to start a class action lawsuit against these companies? I'm normally not for such a thing but the person that I spoke with from the manufacturer was hateful and disrespectful.

Hello I just was curious if you had any previous luck with your return or money back. I bought a sharper image air purifier 2 weeks ago for a christmas present. Opened on christmas day with dirt, obviously used, but still hopeful. Turned it on and nothing. BROKEN.$money down the drain. Which I hope is not the case. Have any ideas on what I can do?

I just bought mine from Linens & Things yesterday. Took it out of the package (never been opened) and charged the unit for 12 hours and the transmitter for 5 (per the instructions). I hooked it up directly to my Ipod-then nothing. Hooked it up to my receiver, made sure the channels and power was good to go-nothing. The unit turns on and has power, just no sound coming out of it.

Based on the previous posts, it appears as though I will have to call Arius and see if they'll honor their warranty. Regardless of where it's purchased! If not, I'll have to put in a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and see about this class action thing.

So some out there do work. I got one for Christmas and I have the same 2 minute problem as some of the others. It almost seems like it is a demo mode or something. Other than that it seems to work fine. It seems like they would have a trouble shooting guide on the web or something, but I can find almost nothing about the company making these.

Just took mine from the box and charged it the required time for both the transmitter and the speaker and there is no sound what so ever. How do I contact the company (Arius)? I am unable to find a phone number.

I bought an arius speaker just before Xmas.

Charged in for 12 hrs. I can get it to work, but the volume is ridiculously quiet and won't turn up. I wonder if it's a demo mode or something simple, but I can't find any troubleshooting or support info.

I guess I learned my lesson on what seemed like a deal "too good to be true"

bought at Linen's and Things. Worked for 2 days, then.....nothing. Won't work with the transmitter or the direct iPod hookup.

Will call Matador USA (on the Box), but you can't even access their web site. Sent an email, we will see.

I bought my Arius Solar speaker from Linens and Things and it worked fine for 2 months. Now, nothing happens when I push the on button. Dead a a doornail. I've checked every connection and that's okay. Major ripoff. Based on these posts, I don't think I'll bother calling the company.

Got one for Christmas as a gift. The speaker works but the transmitter does not. It seems that the channel selection switch is inoperative. I have talked to the company and also e-mailed to them as well. No reply on the e-mail. Called them back today and they won't return my call. Finally got someone to answer the phone and they refuse to honor the warranty because I received it as a gift. The guy really didn't seem to care that his product is crap. This is one business that I hope the economy will take care of. Good riddance Matador!
