Yeah, I wonder what race or religion those beating and killing Muslims, Blacks and Asian are!?/... rhetorically ...:) I was speaking before about poor people stealing, not about white Christians killing the other colours and screaming "Is our land!!!" - as seen on TV. Btw, BBC sucks. http://stiri.atat.ro/ |

What are you on about?
There were far more innocent poor people hurt and robbed than there were rich people inconvenienced. |

Judged: 1 Yeah but murder weighs more than theft. The 'bloke' should of been arrested rather than his life be taken away forever. Its unjustice. But then again karma works in mysterious ways too. |

Judged: 6 1 1 . How many police officers should've been injured or killed in their efforts to arrest a dangerous criminal without hurting his poor little head? And you need to look up the meaning of the word "murder". And if a fellow is willing to rob someone with a weapon, do you suppose he might use that weapon, or do you suppose he's such a nice fellow that it was just for show? How many people who he robbed do you suppose suffer lifelong trauma from their run in wiith him? How many couldn't make rent because he got it, then lost their home, costing them all their possessions, maybe their job too? The minute you choose crime, especially armed crime, as a career you put your head on the block for anyone willing to risk fighting to take it. F*ck the scumbag, there should be thousands more, all across your country, dead, wounded, and facing charges of terrorism and life sentences, and the cops who deal the blows given medals. Every person who sees stealing their neighbors tv as a protest in support of armed criminals begs to be shot dead, they're not capable of civilized behavior, and we don't owe them prison housing or food, just the bullet true justice provides. Steal 1 pound, get 147gr of hot lead in change. |

Judged: 1 . Its obvious you're not great at the language, but a big part of what you say here is correct, excepting the sympathy for the mugger, therein lies the rub, and its what the rioters are feeling, only moree so. The difference between you and them is that your sympathy is humanitarian, theirs is camraderie for a fallen fellow thug. My sympathy is for you, trying to be decent, in such an unhospitable place. Good luck |

Judged: 1 Okay so it wasn't EXACTLY murder but it was taking of ones life forever. The justice is that whenone does a crime, you are to be given the correct sentencing, if you go behond that then you are obviously transgressing the limits. Especially when you are representing the higher power in this country. Basically what you are preaching is that if a criminal holds you at a gun point just for the sake of robbing a bank, his/her punishment should be death? Is that what you are saying? |
|
Judged: 3 1 . Ok, a little research says this guy wasn't a mugger, but a crack dealer, one who carried a gun. In my experience people who carry guns in the commission of crimes tend to use them occassionally, so the argument is pretty much the same. As for our argument, yes, the minute you put smeone ELSE at deadly risk in the act of committing a crime you absolutely deserve to die, because that's what you're willing to impose on anyone else who gets in your way. If someone pulls a gun on me and I have a chance to kill them, you bet I'm going to. Not wound them, maybe still get killed myself, or have them come back years later, or even just get sued, but make absolutely certain they are completely DEAD before I call authorities. You're implying we should until AFTER some INNOCENT VICTIM is killed or crippled. You want to risk an innocent to protect a predator. You want to kill a concentration camp survivor to protect a nazi. I go to extremes to make the point, its wrong to allow good to suffer so evil can survive. The minute you pick up a weapon to commit crime you put yourself at the same risk you put your victims at, and surrender your right to safety, health, freedom, and life. All that said I still respect your regard for life, and wish you well. And I sincerely hope you're never called upon to make the judgement call, for I fear you would sacrifice yourself or some loved one for the life of a thug who doent hold life nearly as dear as you, and THAT would be a travesty. |

Judged: 1 1 Every armed incident in the UK the Police are called out to, they give adequate warnings my friend. In this case the idiot failed to surrender and therefore remained a threat. I wasn't there, but I'd bet my last pound he was given every opportunity to surrender. |
