I have a limit of 5 cans or bags per week, if I see that my neighbor has trash to get rid of and I only have 2 bags, why couldn't I put some of his trash with mine? I'm paying for 5 regardless of who generated the trash. The hauler gets the money their asking for and I'm not exceeding my limit.

The article is more of an indictment against Brightbill than Folmer. Seems the "affair" was some years ago and occured during a separation from his wife. Oh, and I didn't vote for Folmer. It is just that false accusations minimize true accusations

I have to disagree with that statement. There are some people who go way beyond plain pigs, they are totally disgusting pigs, hogs and a disgrace to society. As a matter of fact I'd say that you & I just insulted every pig on earth.

Lebanon County, Monroe Valley, Swatara Twnship also green point, union twnship...I know of a few individuals dumping and/or burning gear, fuel, waste oils on residential properties. It has been so bad at times the air and well water is permeated with the "oil" smell. The other toxic practice they committ is burying of oil tanks, waste oil etc.
Inn addition to performing painting of auto bodies with industrial cups w/o proper paint booths, license or ventilation; as well as burning copper wire clean for recycling profit.
I reported this to Swanger, as well as the DEP and no one is interested...I am fully aware of at least 3 well in the residential neighborhood that are contaminated and yet no one wants to stop this activity or investigate.
