i don't think that murdering baby killer should be allowed to appeal. how dare the judge interpit the jurors mindset. she wasn't in the jury room during deliberations so how the hell would she know? this girl hid the pregnancy, gave birth in the basement and then killed that poor child right after birth. that tells me it was premeditated so second degree murder was the only option

i believe she knew exactly what she was doing.
she LIED to coworkers in regards to the pregnancy.
admitting she was in fact pregnant, but it was already dead, and the doctors told her she would have to carry till term to deliver.
c'mon now!
that was her way of covering up the absence of the baby after birth!

You Are the one who is the LIER.You just wanted your five minutes of fame.TOO bad you used it making yourself look like a fool.You wait till after then you have somthing to say.c'mon now! I feel sorry for you...How long did it take you to create your story..It must have been awhile...it took you how long to make a statement????
