If the thread is telling us that the family lawyer is criticizing the hearing it should be addressed in the article, come on.

Why are the headings of the topics provided misleading?

I expected to see why the lawyer for the victim's family criticized the hearing. It says that he agrees with the crown that Li is psychotic etc and perhaps he objected to the fact that the results of the eharing would be kept private but that is not stated.

If that is the case it is likely because they lean more toward medical records than criminal records. He was found not guilty based on insanity.
