Personnaly I don't think he should be allowed to make money from his book unless he can prove without any doubt that he is 100% innocent.

My problem with him is that he might not be the one who killed his wife but he sure as heck knows who and he won't say... By protecting the guilty party, he is as guilty as the murderer.
