does anyone in the city go to the off leash area in kennedale ravine?.
there is a man there that walks his big german shepard dog and i've encountered him before. his dog is NOT friendly and has tried to attack my dog before, and he purposefully brings it over so his dog can "sniff" your dog. i've heard complaints from other people that go there as well. i have no idea where he lives unfortunetly so animal control can't go and talk to him. but i just wanted to know if anyone has had a run in with this man.

today he let his dog come up to mine and the dog tried to attack my dog. i got angry and told him to get away from me (in a not so nice way which i know isn't really good!) and then he proceeded to threaten me with his dog in which i got angry and then he threatened to 'kick my ***'.
