This derailment looks the same as the one that derailed NO 15 at St Charles Quebec in Feburary 2010. The crew missed the approach signal which governs the indication to the switch ahead. AT St Charles it looks as though the train crew got a clear to slow signal 2 and half miles from the Switch that meant proceed at restricted speed to the next signal which is the switch where they would get arestricted signal which meant proceed through the switch at 15 miles an hour The crew went through the switch at 80 miles an hour throwing the engine and the 2 first cars on their side the same as the derailment at Burilington Ontario Fortnatially the Engineers survised but longer work for Via THATS why I THINK the same thing happened in Burlington ONTARIO I Thimk the crew missed the Approach signal and hit the switc at high speed rather than going through the switch at 15 miles an hour
