Poor dog i feel so sorry for him i hope his owner will be punished for this !!! Throw him into jail and i hope he will be beat up very hard up there!! To bad nobody reported from apartment building captain was abused . This story makes me cry more and more . How somebody can buy a dog or cat if they dont have feeling for them ??!! I have two year old shepherd and cat they are part of our family ! Captain was not hit by car he was beat up by the owner and this guy need to be punished for that !!!
